The interior of the spa is very well decorated and there is a calm, relaxing feeling. The people there are helpful and professional. They took the time to find out what my expectations and wishes were (I chose a facial for that visit) and the waiting time was very short. The facial lasted a good amount of time and I never felt that I was being rushed out the door (as with some of the bigger spas). I was also able to add another quick service (eyebrow shaping) without any problem. The prices are very reasonable and as I left I'd already decided that I'd make another appointment in the near future (pedicure next time). By the way, there was never a hard sell to buy any products, which I'd also experienced with the bigger chain spas. Nice place!
