Barbelle is absolutely the best gym /health club for women. It is owned by and run by a great and inspiring woman. It's a beautiful, warm and welcoming facility that makes working out easy and fun. The staff are all very friendly and encouraging, and not at all intimidating. There are lots of choices including a great variety of equipment, lots of classes, great personal trainers, and even a little health cafe! It's a wonderful place for women of all ages and fitness levels. I highly recommend it!
