product is pretty but had a shower surround with shelves installed last summer.One of the two shelves we had put in was loose. They sent the tech and he put more sealant around it ,but it loose again. I've called and requested another repair and if they can't fix the shelf without adding more junk on it to just take it off . I recieved one call back-a message on my machine that they would get back to me on what they could do -that was over a week ago and still no answer. If you want to spend 1500.00 on a marble shower surround -don't expect too much in the way of customer service after the sale.
