The South Fork Lodge, nestled along the banks of the South Fork of the Snake River, features upscale Americana crafted by Blue Ribbon-winning BBQ chef Adam Perry Lang and James Beard Award-winner Chris Bianco. Our family-style menu emphasizes local ingredients and seasonal fare, executed by James Beard nominated chef Cassie Shortino and chef Jennie Curtis. The Machete Bar, located inside the South Fork Lodge, provides one of the region’s finest wine lists, whiskey collections, and selection of local beer. *We have one menu option per night, changing daily, served at 7 PM. If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to make note of them.
