THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST POLITE STAFFED POSTAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER USED, IT IS ALSO ONE OF THE SMALLEST IN THE WHOLE U.S.A. SO A MEDIUM WAIT IN LINE IS EXPECTED MOST TIMES WITH LIMITED PARKING, I WILL ALWAYS USE THIS LOCATION AS LONG AS I LIVE WITHIN A 10 MILE DRIVING DISTANCE, LOIS, SHIRLY, AND JOE KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB AND EXELLENT SERVICE YOU ALL HAVE PROVIDED TO ME, THANK YOU . I moved in Swampscott about a month ago. And sadly, this is the worst Post office by far. First of all, there is no parking. You need to park on the street. Just imagine you have kids and have heavy package to send or pick up. It is a small post office, they don't know what it means by "customer service." I had Express shipments coming from overseas, and kept tracking USPS online. I knew when they will deliver the package, so I stayed at home all day. Guess what? I foud a notice at the door. Why? Nobody bother to rung a bell nor knocked on the door.I called in a post office, and an old lady said, "Carrier won't come back may be 5 or 5:30. Can you come and pick it up tomorrow?" Knowing it weighs 50lbs, I said, "Can I schedule for a redelivery for tomorrow?" She said, "Oh, I have to scan it and need to have a signature, so you need to come in." HUH??? Since when they refused to redeliver? I hang up, and submit a redelivery form online, much easier than the real person.
