When your driver tells you they couldn't deliver a package to my address because there was no one available, maybe he/she needs to first show up to my address to deliver my VIP package. I have cameras and you aren't shown on them. The numbers given to get in contact with support should have a human on the other end to answer those bots are no help.

I would have never thought I would have to encounter a UPS driver pulling in my yard and running over my sprinkler system and landscaping. The drive decided not he would make a left turn with the intention of makeing a huge turn and ran up both sides of the sprinkler heads system and dug ruts in my freshly landscape yards. However the sad thing is I have called UPS many times and they keep saying they will have some one call me right back! Needles to say they keep giving me the run awaround! the driver did $350 worth of damage!, not to mention we just had the sprinkler system put in on Friday and this took place on the following Monday! A $50 package has cost me $400 and not to menation my time and engery that I have put In dealing with this! UPS sent our regular driver out to take pictures and he stated to my husband "Do you think he was drinking ?" and then chuckled! Wewill not order anything that has to be delivered by UPS ever again. With all that said I have a paid driveway.
