I highly recommend Expose Tax Services to anyone I know! Tiffiany and her staff were very patient with me. They went over my taxes and explained to me everything about my taxes that I needed to know!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Expose Tax Services has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Please take your business elsewhere. I had to return to Expose Tax Services several times because of their lack of communication and unprofessional behavior. This company is a joke and their employees are the worst. READ REVIEWS BEFORE VISITING THEM!! Several customers are being audited because of Exposes poor tax preparation methods.When I first visited Expose Tax Services there was a male employee eating at the front desk and talking to me with his mouth full of food. At this point I should have just left but decided to stay because I drove an hour to get there. Then he told me that Tiffany (The owner and ONLY tax preparer) was not available even though I had called ahead of time to make sure she would be there. So I left my information and tax documents with them and waited for Tiffany to call me back with a quote.The office manager called me a week later at 9:00PM at night and provided me with my tax return amount. I had a few questions for Tiffany concerning my tax return but the office manager told me that Tiffany was too busy to talk to me and if I wanted to speak with her that I had to go wait in line at the office. After several attempts to communicate with Tiffany I was unsuccessful so I decided to just go ahead and file my taxes. They told me my paperwork would be ready on Wednesday March 15th and that all I had to do was come in and sign.I showed up on Wednesday March 15th and my tax return was not ready. They acknowledged their mistake and assured me they would be ready in two days. I called back two days later to ask if they took credit cards as a form of payment. The receptionist assured me that they my taxes were ready and that I could pay with my credit card. So I get there with my credit card in hand, ready to get this nightmare over with and was told that they dont take credit card payments.At this point I just had enough and asked for my tax documents back. They had the audacity to tell me that if I wanted my original tax documents back, that I had to pay them $25. They were basically holding my personal property hostage until I paid them, which is illegal. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
