FLAWLESS!! So easy; walked in and it was done within 45 minutes. Thane had our package to the closing attorney's office a week in advance, so everyone could review the numbers so there wouldn't be any surprises at closing.He let us pick the day that we were available to close and that was the day we got. We met with Thane 1 or 2 times to give him some of the documents he needed to finish up processing our loan and he did everything before and after that. All we had to do for him was sign on the dotted line. Our payments are lower than anyone expected, so we will definitely be seeing him in the future.
