Terrible customer service, I waited at the parts counter for 30 minutes until I received the help I needed. The staff seems to have a lack of knowledge about operations and parts. As I waited at the counter I witnessed automotive parts being thrown around on the floor, as if no one cared, even in front of supervisors this seemed like normal behavior. I will never be returning to this distributor or another car quest store again. And I only give it one star because I have to.
