I was looking in Northern Virginia for a 2015 Dodge Charger V6 SXT Rallye with nav/camera and the sunroof. Then I decided I also wanted AWD in Phantom Tri-coat Pearl Black. Franklin Sussex had the only car like that within 250 miles. So I called them with a price I had in mind and they beat it. They took a chance on me so I took a chance on them and drove across four states to get the car. Everyone there was honest, respectful of my time and very good at their jobs. After parking my rental car, I was greeted on the lot by John Rich. Prior to that, I had chatted on the internet about a vehicle I had seen on your site. The car was to be brought from a remote site to the auto mall. She kept in contact with via phone as I made my way to the auto mall. That is I kind of customer service I depend on. After telling John what my needs were, he took me inside to meet the woman (forgot her name). She said John would work with me on the sale. The entire transaction took a little longer than I had imagined. The vehicle had not shown up at the mall. After negotiating the deal and electing to finance the car, we took a test drive, which agreed with me. More time was spent doing the ENDLESS paper work, then the car went back in the shop for etching. Finally, John was able to follow me back to Middletown, NY. I then brought him back to the auto mall. I just made it back to Middletown to make a meeting. Other than the wasted time, John was very agreeable.

I went looking to purchase a new vehicle at Franklin Sussex Auto Mall and wound up purchasing a new Jeep Patriot. I felt comfortable with the sales pro Alan Caramb. He met me in the lot and showed me a lot of product, answered my questions and did not pressure me in any way. When I found the make that I wanted, I simply stated that it would have been great if the Auto Mall had the Patriot in blue. Alan stepped away while I was looking at a black Patriot. Twenty minutes later he came out and told me that he could get me a blue Patriot and could have at Franklin Sussex Auto Mall the next day. We then started talking about price and my trade in vehicle. Alan was a professional all the way explaining all that was going to happen. On delivery day, Alan called and left a message that it wouldn't be ready at 11:00am but 2:00pm instead. I wasn't home when he called and did go to the dealership at 11:00am but Alan did make an effort to reach me. That is why I chose Franklin Sussex.
