Don't expect your loved one to look clean when visiting. Don't be surprised if you call at 530 and your told he/or she is in bed already due to lack of stimulation. Expect some employees not certified to give out Meds and lastly don't be surprised if you make a "sneak attack" in evening and find the staff on Duty took a LONG break and is not even in the building.
