This post office is so unorganized, the lobby is a mess and there is never enough customer service help at the windows. The lobby is always a mess, the lines are too long. This office needs a new Supervisor, with good organizational skills for both the appearance inside of building and knowing how to schedule help in the service windows. Never enough workers on duty, too slow,dutch doors always closed!,

They do not have numbers. You have to stand in line for too long. They ususally only have 2 people at the counter. From what I understand - the less people at the counter the more the supervisor's bonus is. I waited in line for approx. 1/2 hr. because my key didn't work in my mailbox. They said it would take a few days to get a new one and they would leave them at my door. Then I was told that I should put my mail on hold for a few days and pick up the mail at the post office. I was told that I didn't have to stand in line then. Just go to the door and ring the bell and someone would get my mail for me. I did this and no one would come to the door. I asked at the counter if anyone was back there. One of the clerks rudely said you will have to stand in line. I tried to tell her I was told I didn't have to stand in line and she said "you will have to stand in line ! I left without getting my mail. The line was outside. They need to have more counter help.
