I needed a part for a brand that they sell and the manufacturer sent me to them.

This place has a nice variety of rvs. They were all very nice when we went in and were not so pushy like other places we had gone to. we were very happy when we left here!

I was shopping for a new truck cap with a roofrack everywhere, online and at other well-known places in the valley. But when I came across the ARE website and found Tom's Camperland as a certified dealer I gave them a try. I definitely was happy with the place, Huge Selection and very friendly and knowledgable service. Didn't try to rip me off or upsell me, let me compare on my own and make an informed decision with their help. Got a great truck cap for the best price out there.

I looked everywere for people who knew what they were talking about with regards to truck campers. They are experts and easy to work with. I would recommend to people looking for low pressure and professionals.

Bought a small travel trailer from Tom's. Matt was our salesman and was great...very no-pressure and helpful with any questions. 2 years later I needed help with a copy of the invoice from my purchase...Matt faxed it to me in no time. Talk about great customer service! And the trailer is great too!

Great place to deal with you if you are looking for low pressure sales people. They know what they are talking about in the world of campers but let you figure out what you want with out being high pressure. I have bought several campers from these guys over the years I will come back again.

I came in today to look and I spoke with Matt Duncan the general manager. He was awesome!! I asked a million questions and he took the time & answered all of them; he didn't seem rude and definitely had patience for me so that was great. I am definitely buying one this yr and hopefully he will still be there. They were great; if you're looking for a tab or on rpod this is the place to buy them.

Such a great experience shopping for trailers here. Helpful, no-pressure, no-rush. Salesman Dave was great. What a difference compared to our first RV shopping stop (see other review)! I will update review once we actually purchase.
