Had a great workout this morning at knockout fitness. Love the classes which are upbeat and very enjoyable for me. Im losing weight and i have more energy for my son. I would recommend this gym to all my friends and all you moms out there.

Hey Arizona, i just so happen to run across this web site and saw that no one has written anything on Knockout Fitness. Well, i haven't been a member here as long as most people here but from what i see is that, they have lots of loyal members that have been here for a long time and really love it. I am really liking the classes and all the staff members are very friendly, helpful and funny. They always greet me with a smile and when i leave, i can't wait to come back.
