First I was told all fillings were fully covered by insurance. When I turned down $750 worth of recommended dental work and opted to have just the free fillings done, I was told there was a glitch in the system and that the cavities on the molars cost $120 each to fix. After checking with Insurance and finding out that they were 100% covered, I went back nicely stating that A mistake was made and that they needed to refund me. I was told that I was mistaken and that is what they charged - plus I signed the agreement. So I had to file a complaint with Cigna and they did an audit and contacted Festival Dental and told them to refund me. It took me 2 months to get my refund. Wouldn't recommend this dental office to anyone. If you must go, know your co-pays beforehand and get a second opinion before doing any expensive work done.
