The office staff here has alot of turn over and they are very unorganized! Sometimes they don't answer the phone during office hours or return calls.The owner Dr Andrew's is very rude and all the good vets have left from there. This use to be a good place to take your pet but not anymore!

Am I tbe only one who is concerned by the side of the building. There is poop several places and I have been told to always take mine up asap in my own back yard due to bacteria. Also the trees leave a big mess plus the poop. I was so concerned, the times that we took my animal in the side yard to the left of the building,for a specimen.They could easily cut down the trees and post a sign asking to clean up animals poop. It would make a huge difference and be more sanitary.

What a waste at this vet. I took my puppy there & it took forever. I felt bad because this 1 lady was there with her very sick dog & she waited a long time too. This place is out to make money by packing in as many pets as possible in day. Too bad if you wait wait wait & then get rushed through the time with the vet. I did not go back thinking anywhere would be better than this place.for my puppy.

Great Vet staff. Poor wait times, Very poor waiting area. Office staff ---- well things would be smoother if you would focus on customer not on each other.

I have taken both of my babies to ark for 10 years... I would never go anywhere else again. Dr. Connors is the BEST!!!. The other DOCS are great also! They saved my first Lhasa's life so many times. She had multiple surgeries for cancer. She passed away at 15. My new lhasa is 3 now and we would never trust anyone else with his life. Yes, they are busy but the wait is so worth it...

Fantastic!! The vets, techs and check-in check-out people are professional and courteous. They take care of our little peek-a-poo with compassion and skill, we wouldn't take him anywhere else. The place is busy but I don't mind, if they weren't busy I would be worried.

Our dog had an appointment at 8:00AM on Saturday. At 9:15 we were still waiting. When we asked for our records back no apology was made just a smirk on the face of the clerk.

They really care about the animals and the level of service is awesome! This is the ONLY place I will take my animals (I have 2 boxers, 1 hunting dog, a kitten, a ferret, and 6 fish)!

The staff and vets at Ark really care about pets. Our beloved afghan Thea recently died at age 14. Ark literally saved her life more than once over the years. The care and attention and love they gave her helped her heal and made me more comfortable with the treatments Thea needed. We sometimes boarded our pets with Ark and found them be be very well cared for. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

This group of veterinarians are the best. They really care about and treat all kinds of animals. While waiting in the waiting room, I have seen birds, a parrot, a rabbit and a guinea pig along withy the usual cats and dogs. My dog loves his doctor and the staff. Occasionally, I have had to board him and I am very picky about who takes care of him when I am away. I always feel comfortable leaving him with them because I know they will always take very good care of him. I have raised him since he was a puppy and he is like a family member. I am older and disabled and he is a good companion.. Another reason I chose this group when I needed a vet was their availability. Someone is always there or on call 24/7 to take care of any emergencies. This is an extremely important to me because I lost an inured dog many years ago because I was unable to find help in enough time. I highly recommend this group!
