My 25 years of combined public and private experience is now the groundwork for offering management consulting services. Recently completed a Master's degree in Organization and Management to enhance and reinforce practical hands-on skills. As well as fulfiilling the traditional controller responsibilities, my prior experience includes producing significant cost reductions through system and procedure analysis, vendor negotiations, and increased employee accountability through the use of reporting tools.
