In recenst years I have had no problem with this business but I recently went in to have my teeth cleaned, they had to make sure my insurance would cover the service and here to find out my file had been sitting on the desk of the finance director for a month, then they wanted me to pay up front after I have been going to this dentist for almost 8 years, their customer care IS NOT satisfactory, I work in retail and i know how to treat customers, I am not happy at all.
