Hiring this photographer for my beach wedding photos was indeed the worst decision Ive ever made. What started as a warm and friendly experience, turned into an absolute nightmare for our family. The session also included my husband, our 8-year-old daughter and my mom. Sometime after the photo session, the photographer informed me that preview photos were available on their facebook page. We were not happy with these pictures, and I politely asked her if she could take them down. The photos were unflattering and lower quality than expected (considering we purchased the enhancement package). She apologized and did so. Sometime later, I received the all of the photos on a flash drive which we were satisfied with about 20 out of the 100. The photographer emailed me and told me she took my rejection very personal, and it upset her a great deal because she worked hard and I hurt her feelings. In her email, she brought up her religious beliefs and even went as far to criticize my relationship with my 8-year-old, saying that she loved my daughter and told me to be careful how I reject her or say negative to her as time goes by. In my opinion, her response was unprofessional, tasteless and disrespectful. I have shared my experience on several review sites, and she has disputed or reported all of them. Ive had to redo the majority of all the reviews.At this point, we are discussing legal options as we were not going to promote this business after such an awful experience and treatment.
