Founded in 1985 by Mark and Kate Halvorsen, Village Properties at Sunriver is a local, full-service property management company. In 2021, Village Properties at Sunriver earned a Best Property Manager award from Expertise .com. Besides managing Oregon vacation rentals, we also offer long-term residential rentals, commercial leasing, and real estate in Central Oregon (Mark is the principal broker). We consider ourselves a One-Stop Shop for superior property care. Our full-time maintenance, housekeeping, quality control, and hot tub technician teams all operate out of our centrally located Sunriver office building. DCCA#64
