On my first visit at Simoniz the machine scratched my rim. I immediately reported it and the Manager, Eddie, said this couldn't have happened here. He offered to give me more washes for the value of the rim repair but I had to pay for the repair. Eddie assured me if it happened again, they would repair the rim and refund the unused tickets. Eddie told me they "never" have these types of issues with other vehicles. It only took a couple more washes for it to happen again. I checked my rims prior to using Simoniz for scratches to be certain. I reported the issue once again and Eddie said he would speak to his boss. His boss response was, This couldnt have happened here. Eddie offered to give me more free washes in the value of the repair. That wasn't the agreement, yet he simply refused to stand by their mistake. I now have 5 unusable tickets valued at over $100 and a scratched rim. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH SIMONIZ AS THEY WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR MISTAKES!
