Dr Guillermo Pasarin operated on my neck for 3 herniated cervical disks in my neck that were impinged on my spinal cord. He is a kind and caring man. His staff are wonderful as well. He is forthright in his approach (does not mince words) he tells you all of your options and will be conservative in his approach. We did therapy first and due to "excessive weight problems" and my age 48 we wanted to avoid a catastrophic event (possible paralysis) if I would have had another car accident or a bad fall. This is the reason we ultimately opted for the surgery. I was in the hospital for 3 days. I was home for 4 weeks and started therapy after the first week. I feel wonderful!
