Federated wrote me a liability policy, then canceled it when they found out the property has a dock (might have been a good idea to ASK about things like that BEFORE you write a policy), then issued a refund check made out incorrectly. When I called them, they didn't know who I was, and couldn't find any record of my policy or me.
