I had an unexpected surgery last week,and my friends from NY wanted to cheer me up here in Ft.lauderdale. I heard a knock on the door..and here was the most beautiful bouquet of sunflowers ever..which cheered me up immediately!! after only a few days,they did droop(as sunflowers have VERY heavy stems),I called and spoke with Cheryl,who immediately said she'd take care of it,and replace them if they didn't perk up after cutting some of the stems off..it didn't help much-so they replaced them with another gorgeous bouquet. Now THAT'S service!! I will certainly use them whenever the need arises.. BRAVO for great Customer Service...and gorgeous arrangements! Debbie

Today is my birthday, and I just received the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever seen in my life. I had to call Flowers From the Rainforest, spoke to Sher, and had to tell her that these flowers are gorgeous!. I certainly was not expecting these magnificent flowers today, and I can't stop staring at them. I certainly will call Flowers From the Rainforest when I need to send flowers to someone.

My daughter is away at college so I ordered a flower arrangement for her Birthday. She said it was beautiful. They were very reliable and the service was exceptional. They didn't make you feel like a number they were very personable. Would definitely use them again.
I have had the pleasure of using Flowers from the Rainforest on several occasions and have had a totally positive experience each time. As an out of town customer, I have relied on Sherry's suggestions as to what to send and each time she has been very personable and very helpful. I initially chose Flowers from the Rainforest when I needed to send a birthday gift to a friend in Sunrise and relied on the reviews I read online when choosing a florist. I definitely made the right choice! With Sherry's help, I chose a gift of wine and balloons and what a pleasant surprise when I was e-mailed a picture of the gift I chose and saw that it exceeded my expectations! It wasn't just wine and balloons, but was all jazzed up with candies and ribbons and just looked so fun. My friend loved it! The flowers I have ordered have been beautiful and fresh and delivered on time. This is definitely my choice for all of my floral needs in the future. They are 110% all about customer service!

I have been a customer of 1-800-flowers for years and here lately the customer service lacks. I ordered some flowers for Mother's Day through them and it was a complete disaster after 3 days of phone calls and explaining to my mother I was trying....Flowers From The Rainflorist saved the day! The arrangements are breath taking and ON TIME! I would recommend them to anyone that is need.
Whenever I send flowers to my grandmother in Ft. Lauderdale, I always call on Flowers from the Rainflorist. They are always so friendly and helpful in placing my order. My grandmother always raves about how long the flowers last too. Great service and quality flowers!

Sherry and her crew always took terrific care with my Grandmother's flowers, and she was a pretty particular lady. As a professional florist myself, I take great care to choose only the best florists to work with, and they fit that to the tee! Being so far away from her, I couldn't personally create her gifts, but I always always always knew they were in good hands at Flowers from the Rainflorist.Trust this shop; they'll take great care of your extra special deliveries!tracy
