I needed to install a X King tubeless tire on my MTB, which was not fitting right at all. They were very courteous and their first goal was to help me, not like many other shops just to rip me off my money. Two mechanics were involved and put a tone of effort on helping me. I was not charged plus I walked out of the store with a magazine Mr. Francisco gave me. They have a huge inventory, not just in bikes but accessories as well. I super recommend the store!!!!!!

The gentleman (Francisco) who took care of me was very nice and knowledgeable. He spent a considerable time answering my questions without pushing me into buying anything. I highly recommend this place. Great service, great selection, nice people and good prices. Anyone who goes there will feel confident about his/her decision and most important, you will get great support and service. I am definitely looking forward to go back to Big Wheel Cycles.
