I highly recommend Bill. I sometimes do the wrong things on my computer and mess it up. Bill always knows just what to do to get me back up and running again, and fast. we have him on speed dial. lol.

I got one of those viruses on my computer. It deleted a bunch of my files and I couldn't do anything. I asked around for advice and a couple people recommended this guy at bits and bites computer . I gave him a call, he came out and picked it up. fixed my computer and got my missing files back. best of all it's running faster than it ever did, and he even gave me a senior discount. a few months ago we took our computer to geeks squad. they were going to charge a couple hundred dollars to repair it, so we decided to get a new computer instead. recently our daughter told us about these guys, bits and bytes computer. she said they would probably fix the old one which we still had a lot cheaper than geek squad. so we called and got a quote. indeed it was a lot cheaper. we had them fix it and gave it to our daughter to use. they did a great job with it. I think it runs faster than our new one! and at only a fraction of the cost. wish we would have went here first. I'd certainly recommend these guys. Local, and easy to deal with.

geek squad wanted a LOT of money to repair my computer. then a friend told me about these guys. I took my computer there. They found the problem and fixed it a LOT cheaper than squad wanted. and got it back to me in a day. I hated to spend any money to fix my computer, but these guys made the sting a whole lot less.
