Attempted to use car wash on Sunday, March 9 at approximately 2:30 pm EST. The automated machine took my $10 without giving me a wash or returning my change. I immediately went to one of the store attendants, Noah, who called his manager who told him to tell me to return during the week. I returned 2 days later and spoke with Noah. I told Noah that all I wanted was my $7 wash and my $3 in change. He called his manager who said he reviewed video and claimed it never happened. I've used this station for many years during my commute. I will never stop here again because of this experience. I filed a complaint with BP corporate.
