Villa Scalabrini Retirement is a nonprofit organization providing social and medical services to retirement community. It provides various private rooms with bathroom, emergency call system, cable television, telephone, parking, and air conditioning and heating. The center offers a special care unit that provides dining areas, chapels, recreation rooms and gardens. Villa Scalabrini Retirement has a minigym with several equipment, such as stationary bicycles, stair-stepper, free weights and treadmill. The center s library provides a reading room with a wide collection of reference materials, and classic and contemporary literature. It arranges various events and activities, including musical programs, horse races, arts and crafts classes, and trips to local stores and restaurants. The center is located in Sun Valley, Calif.
