Absolutely DO NOT USE KRM!! We fired him in the middle of our complete backyard landscaping project after multiple MAJOR problems. Another company had to finish the job, but some problems could not be fixed, like his terrible drainage non-plan which would have required ripping up an expensive stone patio to correct: i.e. right next to the rain gutter down-spout he did not put a drain!!! Throughout the project Ken kept asking for more and more money but our backyard moved at a snail's pace; we found out that he was using our money to buy things he needed for other projects--in other words, terrible financial management. At one point we gave him $25,000.00 for the purchase of materials, and ENDED UP WITH A LIEN ON OUR HOME BECAUSE KEN NEVER PAID THE COMPANY!!! He made ridiculous stupid decisions about the hardscape, some of which could not be corrected without more major expenses, and we have to live with it. Many times no one would show up to work, and Ken had an on-going string of excuses--someone was sick, had a baby...blah, blah, blah, but really they were working on other jobs. I can' say it enough--stay FAR FAR AWAY from KRM Garden Management. It kills me to even give one star--he definitely doesn't deserve it!
