• Dental Examination
  Your initial dental exam will take around one hour. The experienced team at AZ Implant & Denture Center will ask you questions, get to know your oral hygiene routine, and listen to your health concerns. We believe in educating patients and empowering them to make good choices to improve their oral health. We will demonstrate how to properly care for your teeth and make additional suggestions as needed. Our dental hygienist will clean your teeth then Dr. Paul Culver DDS will complete your examination and make recommendations for proposed dental treatments.

  I started my private practice in San Jose in 1992 and am a Diplomate of the International Congress of Implantologists. I have devoted my professional career to all aspects of Implant Surgery & Prosthodontic Rehabilitation with special interests in Cosmetic & Aesthetic Laser and Periodontal Treatments as well as traditional Periodontal Surgery. I’m also very proud to have taught classes at Stanford University.
• Deep Cleaning
  Our dental services range from the simple checkup to a deep cleaning of the gums. When a patient arrives for a checkup, we will examine the teeth and determine if there are any oral health risks. Once we have a clear idea of the patient’s teeth, we will recommend the most effective treatment method. At a regular appointment, we will conduct a cleaning of the teeth, gums, and mouth, to ensure that the patient is in good oral health. We will answer any questions the patient has before the procedure if the patient has any worries.

  My name is Dr. Keith Cooper. I was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I’m a Board-certified dentist who received my undergraduate degree at the University of Denver and my Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree from the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University. I completed my Prosthodontist Residency at the Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX and my Implant Surgery Training at Temple Dental/Misch International Implant Institute.
