At one time park was well kept. As of late management has become quite lax. i.e. street gutters are left unswept, they are filled with leaves and debri of all sorts. Managers do not require tenants to maintain their property in well kept maner. i.e. weeds in front, side and back yards, many mobils are in great disrepair, i.e. torn carpet on steps, in desparte need of paint, bushes that need trimming, driveways filled with items that belong in storage. Numerous cats allowed to prowl around the park. Complaints go unatteneded. Park needs managers that manage.

The managers of this park are kind and hard working do an excellent job! Clean and safe environment
