I went to Shades expecting something nobody else had, and boy did I get it! My hair is ruined... it is white blonde with BLACK and RED, I look like a bleeding prisioner... It is awful... It is really going to take a lot of treatments and work to get my hair looking normal... thank god I cancelled my appt for my wedding day! the short stylist may want to rethink her profession
