I had Midland Management manage my property for 3 years. I had a total of 4 tenants doing this time and I would never let them manage it again. This company charged me for things that happened while it was rented out that the tenant should have pay for while they still lived in my house. For example replace light bulbs, when they burn out and snake the toilets when they clog it up and couldn't un clog it (the owner shouldn't be paying to have such services done) the tenant should be charged to have it done). Also after tenant moved out, Midland Management, should use the security deposit to fix damages that the tenant cause, including wholes in the wall with nails, which is not normal wear and tear on walls like they told me. I talked to other realtors and was told that is not normal wear and tear on walls. Also after tenants moved out, Midland Management never did an inventory of house because there was things stolen at some point doing the three years that they were managing my property. If you want to hire a property manager to manage your property do your research and look for reviews for the company before you choose them.
