Brought my daughters wedding party of 12 in recently for nails/pedicures on a Friday early afternoon. They were very slow and did terrible work on the 5 girls that had artificial nails on, including myself (Mother of Bride). I told them I wanted an acrylic set, but she talked me into a new "gel" nail, that supposedly was better on your nails. They failed to mention that they only last TWO WEEKS and at the one week mark, they already looked grown out! When I went in 2 weeks later, they looked at me like they didn't understand what I was saying. Do you know that they have to soak your nails in acetone and then SCRAP them off? The reason that we booked at this salon was that we were told they enough staff and chairs to accomadate us all. They only had 4 people working when we arrived, therefore leaving myself and one other waiting our turn for an extra 30 minutes (we all arrived at the same time). My pedicure spa chair was broken. Terrible service. None of us will ever return.
