i placed an order with them specifically stating i did not want substitutions. when i received the case of wine there were TWO bottles of what i ordered & ten bottles of substituted wine. when i inquired about the substitution that was made without the professional courtesy of asking me & why i received an invoice & confirmation of what i ordered the reply stated they had only ten bottles of the wine i ordered and believed the other would be fine. i believe this was a blatant dishonest intentional transaction. will NEVER purchase from them again. have told winery in italy of bad customer relations & warned wine-loving friends of business practices. additionally i felt the packaging was extremely risky for the shipment of Italian reserve wine... paid WAY too much to be intentionally duped.
