The policy may also provide liability coverage for harm from incidents that occur in the home or on the property.
- Life InsuranceWe offer paid life insurance equal to two (2) times an employee’s annual salary, at no cost. After three months of employment, employees may also participate in our short-term and long-term disability plans.
- Health InsuranceNotice Required by New York Law: Our Disability Benefits policy provides disability income insurance only and does not provide basic hospital, basic medical, or major medical insurance as defined by the New York Department of Financial Services. Coverage is underwritten by AmGUARD Insurance Company – Form No. DB 99 00 00 05 20.
- Disability InsuranceDisability insurance provides temporary cash benefits to eligible workers who have a full or partial loss of wages due to a non-work-related injury/illness or due to pregnancy. Similar to Workers’ Compensation insurance – which provides wage-replacement for job-related illnesses and injuries, disability provides wage replacement benefits for non-occupational situations. Used in tandem, these products can offer around-the-clock protection against unexpected loss of income.
- Dental InsuranceDental insurance is available after 90 days of employment. Coverage includes: diagnostic and preventative, basic restorative, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, major restorative, prosthodontics, denture repair, and orthodontics for children only.
- Vision InsuranceEmployees are eligible for vision insurance on the first day of the following month of hiring. The plan covers eye exams every 12 months. When visiting a doctor or supplier who participates in the plan, an exam and standard eyewear can be obtained at no cost.
- Business InsuranceProfessional Liability Insurance: Often referred to as Errors & Omissions coverage, a type of business insurance designed to protect professionals against claims of wrongdoing (negligence, errors, defamation, etc.) by clients or customers. Designed to cover the expense of damages caused by a professional service or product.
- Commercial Property InsuranceCommercial Property Insurance: Designed to pay to replace or repair business property that is damaged or destroyed due to a covered cause of loss.
