I'm a regular here and I don't know what some people expect. It is 2018, soon to be 2019, and a 3D ticket at an about average theater is not going to be $3.50. The concessions are not going to be $3.75 for a large tub of popcorn. It's not going to happen. That said, yes, the service leaves some to be desired, however, most are kids on their first jobs and they shape up soon enough. Unfortunately, that's about the time they leave. Other than the kids, I've never had a problem.

The price of one ticket was 10.58 which I find absurd,so u can imagine how pricey it is to take your family out.Don't even thing about popcorn and drinks you will have to take out a loan for that

Spent 40.00 on two tix and popcorn...asked for additional bag for popcorn as my wife doesn't like extra butter. I was told I would have to purchase additional popcorn to get extra bag...got home and called the manager and he couldn't have cared less! Never go back there...

Their website says open at 11:00. Showed up a few minutes early and found out actual time is 11:30. Told two employees and all they said was, "Yeah, we know about that." I'm thinking, so why not have it fixed jackasses. Just an I don't care attitude. Popcorn overdone too. For that price it should be perfect!

My first option for watching a wonderful movie

On the night of 27 Jan 2013 my wife an I decided to check out a movie at this theater. It was very cold outside so I told her to step inside and I would get the tickets. When I got to the window I told the young lady I needed two tickets at the Military rate. I showed her my ID card and she said she needed to see both ID cards. I told her my wife was already inside due to the cold. She said I could only purchase one ticket at the military rate since she wasn't standing there with me to show her ID. I bought the tickets and went in anyway, but it continued to eat at me. After about ten minutes of thinking about it, I decided to take the tickets back to the window I bought them from. My wife was with me because we were leaving, so I had her show the young lady her ID card so she could see this Twenty Six Year Combat Decorated Veteran was not a liar. I am extremely insulted by this incident and I've decided that my wife and I will never again visit this establishment. The difference in price was only $2.00 so money isn't the issue. It's all about principle. I faithfully served and earned the right to carry the title of "Veteran". Anyone who thinks I would use that to lie so I can save $2.00 does not deserve my business.

I used there service their the cheapest company compared to many other companies I have used.

Spent $19.50 on two movie tickets for the 7:30pm showing of Cop Out 3/8/10 and ordered a drink, popcorn and a pizza for another $19.25 which they said they would deliver to us. After 30 min. with no pizza went to ask and they said 5min. it would be out. Afet 15 more min. went out and the guy gave me the pizza! They weren't busy and he was wiping the counter off and talking to the guy up front. After getting the pizza I opened it up and it was burnt! I took it back and spoke with the manager and all she asked was it a cheese or pepperoni pizza! Didn't apologize for the service offer anything at all. I just asked for a refund and all she asked him was how did I pay! Needless to say I will never go back there again!!! The manager could have offered an apology or something but she had no remorse!
