would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. i was in with them a few years ago. i purchased a pair of glasses from them that day. i misplaced the glasses about 6 months later while i was at work, & i think one of the kids in the regular camp groups may have picked them up & taken them home. being that we were on a tight income, my mom found a less expensive way to get my glasses since without insurance the cheapest pair was still like $100. years later i call to book an appointment, only because my insurance isn't a widely accepted insurance, they refused service to me because my glasses were not purchased through them each time. i was put on hold, told that i needed to find somewhere else to go, & hung up on. i find it very unprofessional, & would highly recommend finding else where to go to anyone who considers this office.

When you go in the first time, they are soooo nice and welcoming. Once you order your glasses, forget it. I was told my glasses would be in in 7-10days and it was exactly 10 business days and I called to check and low and behold they were in. Even more disappointed when I picked up the glasses and I can't see out of them. I was told I need to "adjust" to them. If I can't wear them without a severe headache, how will I adjust? Basically, I paid amost $400 (w/insurance!!!) for a pair of glasses that I won't be able to wear. Go to your Eye Drs office, they might seem expensive at first, but this place seems to charge for everything....they charge extra for UV even though it's included with the lens (no option to remove)!! They do have great frames, but the end product with the lens is not satisfactory!! Oh yeah, there is a NO RETURN policy, which means you too will be stuck with your glasses that you can see out of!

VERY disappointed with this place. After first visit they over charged my wife and I. We contacted the insurance company they told us about the over charge. They forgot to order my trial contact lenses. It took 4 weeks to get them in. When they came in the prescription was way off. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The DR. was very rude.
