The service is always very pleasant, the food well above-average to excellent, and the prices are more than fair. This eatery is a real "hidden gem"; hidden in plain sight, that is. Thankfully they have doubled their frontage since they first opened and are not only more noticeable, but also now have a proper dining room where the many tables and chairs (not the booths you find in the original dining area) make it very adaptable to dining parties of all sizes. And, with their fine staff, parties are never a problem. For a real gastronomic treat, try their Sicilian pizza. Be sure to leave nearly a half an hour for this pie to bake, but the wait will be well worth it. Their dough is truly heavenly- one of the top two in the Lowcountry- as it is very tasty without all the obligatory greasiness that some pizzerias seem to deem as necessary. It's a bit out of the way for most, but if you're in Knightsville, be sure to stop for a quick bite. Your tastebuds will be glad you did!

there might be a better italian restaurant in summerville, but i don't know where it's at. whether you go for the NY style pies and slices, or the hot/cold sandwiches, or the pepperoni rolls, or the pasta, or the salads, it's all very good.
