Best plumber in town!

I contacted this company a week before needing them on a commercial project. They agreed to complete the project and promised to come at 8am on Wednesday. I waited for them at the job site until 9:30 before calling to find out where they were. I was told one of their plumbers had called in sick but was assured that they were on their way. I called again at 11 when they had still not arrived. I stressed to them the strict time frame I had for the project and told them again that I had to have it completed today. They assured me the could complete the project and told me they were on their way and would be there soon. I called back at 1:30, 2, and 2:30 and each time no one answered their office phone. It was obvious they had caller ID and were ducking my calls instead of having the common courtesy and integrity to tell me they could not complete the project as promised. I never heard from them again and wound up hiring Plumb Pro who did an outstanding job on short notice.

I highly recommend this company. I had a Rinnai water heater installed yesterday at my house in Goose Creek. The service man was friendly yet very professional. He used manners and actually did a thorough cleaning job after he was finished installing my water heater. I've had so many people come out and take forever to do a job only to leave with a half done job of cleaning.Mr. Delk was also very helpful when I had a few questions about my new water heater. He actually took the time to answer all my questions and didn't seem in a hurry which was surprising since I had called him while he was on another job site. Overall I was pleased with the speedy service and Mr. Delk and his workers. Thumbs up!
