Very slow process to get to completion. This pool builder is so dependent on subcontractors that they are the ones running this business. Contract signed early July 2017 and job not completed until early November 2017. About 4 months to complete.
Sometimes a whole week would go by without any work being done (not always the weather). Once we were told that someone (a subcontractor) would be on the job next day and no one showed up. Called the pool builder to ask why and he was not aware that sub was a no show. The pool builder was also not aware of just about anything on his job because he never came to the job to see how his subcontractors were performing. We finally called the pool builder and asked him to come out so that we could discuss the job.
Bottom line, this pool builder was very slow on our project, had some subcontractors that were questionable, and allowed the subcontractors to dictate how they would run his business.
