I have been going there for years, I love the Post Office. Today a young lady named Lauren who didn't even bother greeting me informed me my small package would be over $8.00 to ship. When I asked why it was so much she informed me that it was the only way her system would allow her and that it included $50.00 worth of insurance on a dog toy for my granddog which I never even requested! When I asked her if the Post Office could ship it a cheaper way she again looked at me like I'd lost my mind and repeated, "this is the only way my system will let me ship it". I've shipped literally hundreds of items from this location including overseas and have never had any issues...until today!!! Thank you Lauren for the utterly horrible customer service. I will not be returning to this store, which is sad because I ALWAYS try to support the small business.

I am handicapped and frustrated because I once was able to do anything including rebuilding 3 old houses. Simple tasks like hanging a picture are now a major challenge and the folks at Ace of Summerville are helpful, supportive, and friendly without aver being condescending. Thank you for helping me to be as independent as I can.

Super service. Go out of their way to help explain and help customer have success with any project! Plus a post office. Who could ask for more. Love rhem

very friendly servicemen and women on the phone didn't carry the part but was nice enough to lead me in the right direction even though it wasn't there store i give them four out of five thumbs up the only reason they didn't get the fifth one was because they didn't care it but over all great customer service. will definitely being using Ace Hardware again.
