Highway 19 con. Has been working on a 30 ft bridge a 1/2 mile down the road since April 2014 and still aren't finished, may have a total of weeks work time on it. I wouldn't let them lay gravel in my driveway. Don't seem to mind that we have been paying for extra gas to go around the detours. I rate them -10.
