Hey guys! I just wanted to write a quick note to say thanks so much for your help with getting my truck back in order. Please pass this note on to the owners as I would like to let them know what a great staff they have. Both of you were EXTREMELY helpful and I felt that you guys really were very responsive to my needs and questions. So far the truck is running the strongest it ever has since I have owned it (I am very happy). I also wanted to say thanks to the mechanic who did the work. I think he solved quite a few issues that I was unaware of. I think the quality of the work was great and the ability to hook me up with (the right) needed parts was fantastic. Ordered product 05/09 & waited. Called numerous times requesting expected ship date. We were given the run around so we cancelled the order. After cancellation and ordering product with another supplier, they called 2 days later and said that the product shipped. Upon receipt, we returned the product at our expense and were assured a full refund. Several weeks later, we received a partial refund. Product cost us just shy of $100. Very disappointed with all aspects of their service & would not recommend you using them for any product.
