I am being billed for work not yet completed. The first repair man that came to my house couldn't figure out the system. He left and came back with another repair man several days later. They replaced several parts and said they had fixed the problem. The problem persisted and the repairmen returned, took parts from my system and said they would be back. They never returned and still have parts from my furnace and we are entering the winter months. On top of that, they are sending bills claiming the work is done. I have had another repair man come to look at the system, but without the parts removed by Juergens, he can not fix my system. Good luck if you choose to use this company.
