We have been so impressed with this company. They've treated us like family. We purchased a new furnace/AC units from them and their techs are top notch. Sara, in the office, is quick to respond to calls and sends techs out quickly, when needed. They've gone above and beyond to help us out. We will never use another heating/air company.
Atteberry and Marshall really goes the extra mile!! Our AC went out over the weekend. They were here on Saturday and had a new unit installed Wednesday!! What a fantastic company!! Their customer service is top notch!! Thanks to Ed, Sara, Mark and Tom!!
Hip Hip Hooray for Customer Service at Atteberry & Marshall. We had a heat pump and A/C installed 5 years ago from a local company. All this time we just felt the system wasn't working properly even after many service calls. This summer, even with the extreme temps, we knew this "energy efficent" system should not be running 18 hours straight. Since our maintenance agreement was up, we called Atteberry & Marshall. They were out in 2 days, listened to what he had to say, spent well over 2 hours checking evey possible thing. In our crawl space, they found that a duct to a vent which was held to the main trunk with a zip tie had never been tighten and fell off. Who knows how long it was off and how many hundreds of dollars we spent heating the crawl space. No one from the installing company even thought to look under the house. The best thing was that they listened and took the time to find the problem ! From now on Atteberry & Marshall will get all my heating and a/c service and you would be wise to do the same. Thank you Atteberry & Marshall for putting the customer first !!!!!
