Provided by YP.comAmber is very knowledgeable and friendly. Listens to your needs and gives great advise. I have had many hairstylists and she is one of the bests. Love my haircut!

Provided by YPmobileI am shocked with the way things went down with them!
Long story short, a big waste of our time and a huge disappointment with their communication and customer relations. No apology or compensation was offered for their mistake. Moreover, they refused to honor the rate we were promised for our rescheduled appointments!
Here's our experience:
Monday: my mother, sister, and myself went personally to the saloon and had our hair checked to determine which treatment we should get and how much it's going to cost us. We agreed and made appointments for the three of us the next day (Tuesday) which includes a 20% discount!
Tuesday, the day of the scheduled services: we are all IN OUR WAY driving from Houston to Sugar Land and we receive a call that they cannot accommodate the three of us back-to-back as scheduled and that one of us will have to be pushed at least 3 hours!!!
Although it was very inconvenient for us since we are almost there, we still asked to be rescheduled for the day after so that we're all back-to-back and they say that they can do so. Perfect, right? Heck no, because they will not honor the 20% discount on Wednesday! This was the exact final answer we received when we asked them to honor the price we were quoted for Tuesday: "unfortunately, we will not be able to give you the 20% discount tomorrow, so I am going to cancel all the appointments now. Ok?"
Our time was hugely disrespected and we do not appreciate the way they handled it.

Provided by YP.comShazar is awesome! I've gone to see her the past few times I've needed a cut, and each time she has done a fantastic job. She truly cares about her clients and does her best to get the look you want. During my latest visit after Shazar cut my hair, I decided to get highlights from a colorist. Shazar had recommended one, but they were unavailable so I saw a different one. Not the brightest idea. The Colorist wasn't that fantastic and made it all blotchy. Some areas were not even the same color, wtf? I went in for a redo the next day. I saw a different colorist who attempted to fix my hair. (still not the one Shazar had recommended) The new colorist did her best but it still wasn't working. During my redo, Shazar was actually there on her off day getting her own hair done. She saw me and came over to help with the redo after she was finished. Wow! Shazar wasn't even working, but still took the time to assist her client. She suggested something on how to fix the highlights and it came out MUCH better. She even washed my hair and fixed the haircut to work with the highlights. All on her off day! After this experience, I highly recommend seeing her as she genuinely loves her job and has her clients best interest in mind. But just a note, if you decide to get your hair colored... ask Shazar for advice and see the colorist she recommends. Lol

Provided by YP.comMayra is terrible. I just had the worst haircut of my life. This is my first online review ever. I honestly think that the good reviews about Mayra on here must be written by her. She rushed through washing my hair, cutting, and "styling". She definitely did not listen to a word I said. I told her that I am trying to grow out my bangs. She cut them. Not just a trim either. She cut them short! They were previously well past my chin and she cut them above my nose. I was shocked. She charged me $12 to "style" my hair, which consisted of slapping on some serum and doing a poor job of blow drying my hair. I paid $64 for a hair cut I could have gotten at Super Cuts for $13. I didn't say anything, but I know that she knew she did a horrible job. She didn't give me her card (every hair cut I've ever had, I've been given a business card) and she didn't even look me in the eye when she said have a good day after bringing my ticket to the front. I will never return to this location. Memorial city has much better stylists and customer service.
We apologize for the experience you had at our salon. We would like to resolve this to your satisfaction. Please email us at: comments@visiblechanges.com and put TK in the Subject line. Thank you.
