- Asset Management“I’m a tactical money manager. Although I maintain proper asset allocation across accounts as a baseline means of risk management, most of my clients also have a tactical sleeve in their investment portfolios. These tactical sleeves dynamically adjust market exposure to equities and market risk according to changing market conditions,” Scott said. “In this way, I believe my clients have the potential to achieve a greater degree of capital preservation in bear markets without sacrificing growth opportunities in bull markets.”
