First time using this company. They were great to work with!! It was easy to schedule, and I received a scheduling confirmation text, and a text when the technician was on their way. When he arrived, which was on time, he was very professional and knowledgeable, and walked through the house with me to tell me exactly what he would be doing. He gave me a final quote after the walk-through then started cleaning. He was very careful about our furnishings and our house, and even placed corner protectors. While he was working, I received a text with a link to pay my bill via a card. Super easy. The carpet looks excellent! It wasn't waterlogged after cleaning and dried in about 4 hours. I also received a follow-up text after he left, thanking us. We 100% recommend this carpet cleaning company, and will definitely use them again. Great customer service and great work!
