Smart Financial Centre in its first year was ranked 12th in the world in ticket sales for theaters by Pollstar’ 2017 rankings. Halfway through 2018, the venue ranks 4th in the world by Pollstar’s mid-year rankings. Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land is a state-of-the-art, indoor performance venue that is strategically-located 22 miles from downtown Houston off of Highway 59 and University Boulevard. Smart Financial Centre sets a new standard for live performance venues and is equipped to host a wide array of programming including national music and comedy artists, family shows, theatrically-staged Broadway productions and cultural and performing arts attractions.
